How fast can you clear an estate?

Most jobs are scheduled within 48–72 hours of your initial call. Full-home clearances typically take one to two days on-site depending on size. We move fast — that’s the whole point.

Do you donate items or just haul everything to a landfill?

We divert up to 90% of home goods from landfills. Furniture and décor with resale value goes to Magpie Reclamations or donation partners. Items that can’t be rehomed are recycled where possible. Only true waste gets disposed of.

What’s the difference between junk removal and an estate cleanout?

Junk removal is typically a targeted haul — a couch, a garage full of boxes, appliances. An estate cleanout is a full-home or full-property clearance, often following a death, downsizing, or home sale. We do both, and the line often blurs. When in doubt, call us and we’ll scope it out.

Do I need to be home during the cleanout?

No. Many clients give us access and let us work. We provide before/after documentation so you can see exactly what was removed and where it went.

How is pricing determined?
